My advice seems so blindingly obvious that it hurts my eyes a bit, but it wasn't until I put this theory into practice that I started to understand it's significance. It works like this: if you work hard (sorry, you must), explore Cornwall, go running, and do all you can to avoid seagulls, then life will play out like a Cornish fairy tale. It's like my good pal Chrisman once told me, he said: 'Louman' (though I am infact a girl), 'work hard, play hard; this is called plarding'. 

This is a true story. And he makes a good point: 'always plard'.
